آرمینیا مغرب کے دھوکے میں نہ آئے، روس نے خبردار کردیا

روسی وزارت خارجہ نے یورپی یونین، امریکہ آرمینیا کے اعلیٰ سطحی اجلاس کے لیے وقف ایک بیان میں کہا کہ ماسکو یریوان پر زور دے رہا ہے کہ وہ مغرب کے دھوکے میں نہ آئے کیونکہ آرمینیا کو گمراہ کیا جا سکتا ہے. اطلاعات کے مطابق روسی وزارت خارجہ نے کہا کہ ماسکو ٥ اپریل ٢٠٢٤ کو برسلز میں ہونے والے یورپی یونین-یو ایس-آرمینیا کے اعلیٰ سطحی اجلاس کو جنوبی قفقاز کو جغرافیائی سیاسی تصادم میں گھسیٹنے کے لیے اجتماعی مغرب کی ایک اور کوشش کے طور پر سمجھتا ہے۔

جاری بیان میں کہا گیا کہ جنوبی قفقاز میں ماورائے علاقائی قوتوں کی غیر ذمہ دارانہ اور تباہ کن مداخلت، علاقائی اقوام اور ان کے پڑوسیوں کے درمیان دراڑ پیدا کرنے کی خواہش خطے میں استحکام، سلامتی اور اقتصادی ترقی پر منفی اثرات مرتب کر سکتی ہے.

روسی وزارت خارجہ نے کہا کہ ظاہر ہے مغرب آرمینیا کو جنوبی قفقاز میں اپنی انتہائی خطرناک سکیموں کو نافذ کرنے کے لیے ایک آلہ میں تبدیل کرنا چاہتا ہے۔ بیان میں مزید کہا گیا ہے کہ ہمیں معلوم ہے کہ عارضی وعدوں کے تحت واشنگٹن اور برسلز روسی فوجی اتحاد اور ای اے ای یو سے آرمینیا کے اخراج سمیت روسی فوجی اڈے اور سرحدی محافظوں کے انخلاء کے خواہاں ہیں۔ وزارت خارجہ نے کہا کہ ہم یریوان کی قیادت پر زور دے رہے ہیں کہ وہ مغرب کے دھوکے میں نہ آئیں اور ملک کو ایک غلط راستے پر نہ لے جائیں، جو سیکورٹی کے حوالے سے خلا پیدا کرنے، معیشت میں سنگین مسائل اور آبادی کے اخراج سے بھرا ہوا ہے۔
