برسلز (صدائے روس) بلجیم کے دارالحکومت برسلز میں آج 27 اکتوبر جمعہ کے روز کشمیرپر بھارتی قبضے کے دن کے (یوم سیاہ) کے موقع پر بھارتی سفارت خانے کے سامنے پرامن احتجاجی مظاہرہ ہوا۔

مظاہرہ جس کا اہتمام کشمیرکونسل ای یو نے کیا، میں کشمیریوں، پاکستانیوں اور کشمیریوں کے دیگر ہمدردوں اور انسانی حقوق کی مختلف تنظیموں کے نمائندوں کی شرکت کی۔
واضح رہے کہ بھارتی افواج نے ستائیس اکتوبر ۱۹۴۷ کو جموں و کشمیر کے ایک بڑے حصے پر ناجائز قبضہ کرلیا تھا جسے آج مقبوضہ کشمیر کہاجاتا ہے۔ کشمیری ہرسال اس دن کو یوم سیاہ کے طور پر مناتے ہیں۔


مظاہرین نے بھرپور انداز میں کشمیر پر بھارتی قبضے کے خلاف اپنا احتجاج ریکارڈ کروایا۔
مظاہرے کے مقررین نے بھارتی حکام کو مخاطب کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ کشمیریوں پر مظالم بند کریں اور کشمیریوں کو ان کا حق خودارادیت دیں تاکہ وہ اپنے سیاسی مستقبل کا آزاد ماحول میں فیصلہ کرسکیں۔
مظاہرین نے پلے کارڈز اور بینرز اٹھا رکھے تھے اور وہ کشمیر پر بھارتی قبضے اور کشمیریوں پر بھارتی مظالم کے خلاف نعرے لگا رہے تھے۔
کشمیرکونسل ای یو کے چیئرمین علی رضاسید نے مظاہرین سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ عالمی برادری کو چاہیے کہ وہ بھارت پر دباؤ ڈالے تا کہ وہ فوری طور پر مقبوضہ کشمیر میں لوگوں پر مظالم بندکرے، نیز کشمیرپر اپنا غیرقانونی قبضہ ختم کرکے کشمیریوں کے حق خودارادیت کے لئے اپنے وعدوں پر عمل پیرا ہو۔
انہوں نے عالمی برادری پر زور دیا کہ وہ مقبوضہ کشمیر میں مظالم بند کروانے اور مسئلہ کشمیر کے پرامن اور منصفانہ حل کے لیے اپنا مؤثر کردار ادا کرے۔
دیگر مقررین نے کہاکہ انتہائی افسوس کی بات ہے کہ اقوام عالم بھارت کے کشمیریوں کے خلاف اس جارحانہ و ظالمانہ رویئے پر خاموش ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ خاص طور پر اقوام متحدہ کو چاہیے کہ کم از کم کشمیر پر اپنی قراردادوں پر عمل درآمد کرواکر جموں و کشمیر میں آزادانہ رائے شماری کروائے تاکہ کشمیر کے لوگ اپنے مرضی کے مطابق اپنے خطے کے سیاسی مستقبل کا فیصلہ کرسکیں۔
انہوں نے کہاکہ ہم بھارتی حکومت کو یہ پیغام دیناچاہتے ہیں کہ کشمیری بھارت کا غیرقانونی قبضہ ہرگز تسلیم نہیں کرتے۔ کشمیری قوم اپنے مستقبل کا آزادماحول میں فیصلہ کرناچاہتی ہے۔
