بھارت میں 11 سالہ لڑکے کے مقدمہ قتل کی سماعت جاری تھی کہ اچانک وہ خود عدالت پہنچ گیا جس پر سب ششدر رہ گئے۔نجی ٹی وی دنیا نیوز کے مطابق یہ گھریلو تنازع کی بنیاد پر قائم مقدمے کا معاملہ تھا جس میں لڑکے کے والد نے اپنے سسر کے خلاف مقدمہ درج کروایا تھا کہ میرے بیٹے کو نانا نے قتل کر دیا۔
الہ آباد ہائیکورٹ میں نانا کے خلاف قتل کے کیس کی سماعت جاری تھی کہ اچانک کمرہ عدالت کا دروازہ کھلا اور 11 سالہ لڑکا عدالت پیش ہو گیا اور کہاکہ وہ اپنے نانا کے ساتھ رہنا چاہتا ہے، آئے روز پولیس ان کے گھر جا کر دھمکیاں دیتی ہے۔عدالت نے پولیس کو حکم دیا کہ لڑکے کے نانا کے خلاف کسی قسم کی کارروائی نہ کی جائے۔
لڑکے کے وکیل نے عدالت کو آگاہ کیا کہ وہ 2013 سے اپنے نانا کے پاس ہی ہے کیونکہ باپ اس کی ماں کو سخت مار پیٹ کا نشانہ بناتے ہوئے مزید جہیز کا مطالبہ کرتا تھا۔ عدالت نے کیس کی سماعت ملتوی کر دی۔
