ایران کے صدر سید ابراہیم رئیسی نے جمعرات کو جوہانسبرگ میں برکس کے پندرہویں سربراہی اجلاس سے خطاب کیا۔ انہوں نے اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ ایران امریکی ڈالر پر انحصار ختم کرنے کے برکس کے اقدامات کی بھرپور حمایت کرتا ہے۔

رپورٹ کے مطابق صدر مملکت نے کہا کہ ایران برکس کے اراکین کے مابین اقتصادی روابط سے ڈالر کے خاتمے، قومی کرنسیوں سے استفادے، ادائیگی اور مالیاتی فروغ کے لئے گروپ کے میکینزم کی تقویت کے لئے برکس کی کامیاب کوششوں کی بھرپور حمایت کرتا ہے۔

ایران کے صدر نے اس بات پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہ برکس میں ایران کی رکنیت کے فوائد تاریخ ساز ہوں گے کہا کہ یہ رکنیت، بین الاقوامی میدان میں پائیدار امن، اخلاق اور عدل و انصاف کے قیام کی راہ میں ایک مستحکم تر قدم ثابت ہوگی اور نیا باب رقم کرے گی۔

صدر ایران سید ابراہیم رئیسی نے اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ اس وقت تسلط پسندی، نا انصافی، امتیازی سلوک اور اخلاقی بحران نے دنیا کو پیچیدہ صورت حال سے دوچار کر رکھا ہے۔ انہوں نے برکس کو بین الاقوامی تعلقات میں تبدیلی کی علامت قرار دیا اور کہا کہ برکس عالمی برادری کی مشکلات کے حل میں مدد کرسکتی ہے اور اس گروپ کے مؤثر ہونے کے تئیں عالمی اعتماد میں اضافہ ہورہا ہے۔ ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ایران برکس کے سبھی اراکین کے ساتھ ہمہ گیر سیاسی اور اقتصادی تعاون کے لئے تیار ہے۔
