لگتا یہی ہے اب نجی تعلیمی اداروں کا کام تربیت کرنا نہیں صرف ڈگریوں تک بچوں کی رسائی کو ممکن بنانا ہےیہی وجہ ہے نئی نسل میں مایوسی کی یا دساور کو جانے کی مسلسل خواہش نے ڈرا دیا ہے –
نجی کالجز کے اساتذہ مسلسل ذہنی اذیت کا شکار ہورہے ہیں مہنگائی کے اپاہج دور میں ماضی جیسی غاصب سوچ کے مداری نجی کالجز مالکان کو خوش کرنے کے لیے یا اپنی زندگی چاپلوسی کی عادت کے مطابق گزارنے کےلیے تلویں چاٹنے کے ساتھ ساتھ اعلی ذہن اساتذہ کا مختلف حربوں سے ذہن نوچ رہے ہیں میرا ذہن نوچنےسے مراد اساتذہ کو بے توقیر کرنا, ان کا حق مارنا, ان کی معاشی بے بسی کا فائدہ اٹھانا, بار بار دھمکانا, ان کے اندر خوف پیدا کرنا, مارکیٹنگ سے لے کر ہیلپ سنٹر تک کا کام لینا, بار بار تعبداری کی خواہش کا پورا کرانا ,اب چاپلوسی نجی تعلیمی سیکٹر میں کامیاب ملازمت کا دوسرا نام ہے اصل شکوہ ادارہ مالکان سے ہے کیا ادارہ مالکان کو قوم کی تربیت کرنا مقصود ہے ؟ یا قوم کو مزید اندھیرے کی طرف دھکیلنا, اگر تربیت کرنا مقصد ہےتو اساتذہ کے اوپر جو انتظامیہ تعینات کریں ایک تو انتظامیہ کے سربراہ کا اعلی تعلیم یافتہ ہونا ضروری ہے اعلی تعلیم یافتہ سے مراد کسی بھی مضمون میں پی ایچ ڈی یا ایم اے پاس نہیں , اعلی تعلیم یافتہ شخص سے مراد کشادہ دل, کشادہ ذہن ہوتا ہے,اعلی سوچ ,مثبت مقاصد, مثبت کردار, اپنے ماتحتوں پر اعتماد , مساوی طرز عمل, اپنے اساتذہ پر بھروسہ, اساتذہ کا کام صرف نصاب پڑھانا نہیں ہوتا بلکہ بچوں کی تربیت کے ساتھ ساتھ بچوں کو نئی سوچ , زمانے کی ضرورت کے مطابق جدید تعلیمی ضروریات پوری کرنا ہوتا ہے, کم تعلیم یافتہ انتظامیہ سربراہان شاطر طرازی, مداری پن کی وجہ سے کالجز مالکان کو خوش رکھنے کےلیے تعلیمی معیار گرا دیتے ہیں بچوں کو بجائے معیاری تعلیم فراہم کرنے کے غیر ضروری سرگرمیوں میں ملوث کردیتے ہیں تاکہ سوشل میڈیا کے ذریعے ان کی تشہیر ہوتی رہے جگہ جگہ بچوں کے دلوں کو لبھانے کے لیے بے فائدہ سرٹیفکیٹ تقسیم کرتے رہیں ,قوم کے اعلی ذہنوں کو معیاری تعلیم, معیاری ماحول مہیا کرنے کی بجائے جب آپ پنتیس یا چالیس بچوں کی کلاس میں اسی (80)یا نوے (90)بچے بٹھا دیں پھر معیاری تعلیم یا معیاری ماحول کیسے فراہم ہوگا اس کا مطلب قوم کی تربیت کرنے کی بجائے آپ نے قوم کو مزید ذلت و رسوائے کی طرف دھکیل دیا, ایم اے, ایم فل اساتذہ کو جب آپ کالجز میں مزدور کے برابر ماہانہ تنخواہ پر لیکچرر رکھیں گے یہ کیسے ہوسکتا ہے کہ کم تنخواہ پر معیاری تعلیم دے سکیں-
