ضلعی انتظامیہ نے لوئر چترال میں 15 اپریل سے 17 اپریل تک تعلیمی ادارے بند کرنے کا اعلان کردیا۔

ضلعی انتظامیہ کا کہنا ہے کہ تعلیمی ادارے لینڈ سلائیڈنگ اور طغیانی کے خدشے کے پیش نظر بند کیے گئے ہیں۔

ڈی سی لوئر چترال کی جانب سے جاری نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسر (مردانہ) لوئر چترال نے درخواست کے ذریعے سکولوں کو بند کرنے کی تجویز دی ہے۔

بارش کے پانی اور لینڈ سلائیڈنگ سے موسمی ندی نالوں کے بھر جانے کی وجہ سے گاڑیوں اور پیدل چلنے والوں کے لیے مشکلات پیدا ہوگئی ہیں۔

نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق موجودہ موسمی حالات میں اساتذہ اور طلبا و طالبات کی حفاظت کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے ضلع لوئر چترال کے تمام سرکاری و نجی تعلیمی اداروں کو 3 دن یعنی 15 اپریل سے 17 اپریل 2024 تک بند رکھنے کا فیصلہ کیا گیا ہے۔
