قازقستان دو ہزار انتیس تک چین سے یورپ تک کارگو ٹرانزٹ کے حجم میں پانچ گنا اضافہ کرنے کا ارادہ رکھتا ہے، یہ بات نائب وزیر ٹرانسپورٹ ستزان ابلالیف نے وزیر اعظم علیخان سمائیلوف کی زیر صدارت ایک حکومتی اجلاس کے دوران کہی۔ ابالیئیف کے مطابق رواں سال کے پہلے نو مہینوں میں سڑک پر مال بردار نقل و حمل کا حجم پانچ عشاریہ پانچ ملین ٹن تک پہنچ گیا، جو گزشتہ سال کی اسی مدت کے مقابلے میں بائیس فیصد زیادہ ہے۔ گزشتہ سال کے مقابلے میں ٹرانزٹ ٹرانسپورٹیشن کا حجم چرتالیس فیصد بڑھ گیا جو کہ اب دو عشاریہ پانچ ملین ٹن سے تین عشاریہ چھے ملین ٹن ہوگیا۔ اس ٹرانزٹ میں سب سے زیادہ حصہ چین کا ہے – اس سمت میں کارگو کی نقل و حمل دوگنی ہو کر ایک عشاریہ پانچ ملین ٹن ہو گئی ہے۔

ماہرین کے اندازوں کے مطابق چین سے سالانہ ایک عشاریہ چھے بلین ٹن کارگو سمندری راستے سے یورپ تک پہنچایا جاتا ہے۔ اس حجم کا ایک فیصد سے بھی کم قازقستان کے راستے سڑک کے ذریعے منتقل کیا جاتا ہے۔ عالمی پریکٹس کے مطابق طبی مصنوعات اور مہنگی اشیا جن کی کم وقت میں ترسیل کی ضرورت ہوتی ہے، اس طریقے سے منتقل کیا جاتا ہے۔

ابالییف نے کہا امید کی جاتی ہے کہ اگلے چند سالوں میں سالانہ ترقی جاری رہے گی اور دو ہزار انتیس تک، ٹرانزٹ ٹریفک کا حجم پانچ گنا بڑھ جائے گا، جو ایک ملین ٹن تک پہنچ جائے گا.
