پاکستان نے علاقائی تجارت میں ایک سنگ میل عبور کرلیا. پاکستان نے اب زمینی راستے سے روس تک پھلوں کی آمدورفت شروع کر دی ہے۔ اس سلسلے میں نارنجی سے لدے نیشنل لاجسٹک کارپوریشن کے سولہ ٹرک تقریباً چھ ہزار کلومیٹر کا فاصلہ طے کر کے روس کے دو شہروں ڈربنٹ اور گروزنی میں داخل ہو چکے ہیں۔ روس نے دونوں ممالک کے درمیان دوطرفہ تجارت کے فروغ کے لیے این ایل سی کی کوششوں کو سراہا۔ اس سے قبل کارپوریشن نے وسطی ایشیائی ریاستوں اور چین کو کیلے، گوشت اور سمندری غذا برآمد کرنے کے لیے لاجسٹک سپورٹ بھی فراہم کی تھی۔

یہاں یہ بات قابل ذکر ہے کہ پاکستان نے گزشتہ سال اپریل میں اسلام آباد اور ماسکو کے درمیان طے پانے والے ایک نئے معاہدے کے تحت رعایتی روسی خام تیل کا پہلا آرڈر دیا تھا۔ ماہرین نے کہا کہ جہاز رانی کی خدمات کے آغاز سے دونوں ممالک کے درمیان تجارتی تعلقات کو نئی شکل دی گئی، جس میں بے پناہ کاروباری مواقع اور دو طرفہ تجارت کو ٢٠ بلین امریکی ڈالر تک بڑھانے کی صلاحیت ہے۔ پاکستان اور روس کے درمیان براہ راست کارگو سروس نے شپنگ کے وقت کو ایک ماہ سے کم کر کے ١٨ دن کر دیا۔

اس وقت روس کو پاکستان کی برآمدات ١٥٠ ملین امریکی ڈالر ہیں جبکہ درآمدات ٣٠٠ ملین ڈالر کے لگ بھگ ہیں۔ تاہم، اس براہ راست شپنگ سروس کے نفاذ سے آنے والے برسوں میں روس کو پاکستانی برآمدات میں ٢.٥ بلین ڈالر کا اضافہ متوقع ہے۔
