جاپان نے صنفی مساوات کو فروغ دینے کے لیے پیر کو ایک مسودہ پالیسی پیکیج کا اعلان کیا۔ اس میں یہ ہدف شامل ہے کہ ٢٠٣٠ تک ملک کی بڑی کمپنیوں میں کم از کم ٣٠ فیصد انتظامی عہدے خواتین کے پاس ہوں۔
