روسی صدر نے امریکی صدر کا بیان احمقانہ قرار دے دیا

روس کے صدر ولادیمیر پوتن نے امریکی صدر کے اس بیان کو مکمل احمقانہ قرار دیا ہے جس میں انہوں نے کہا تھا کہ اگر روس نے یوکرین کی جنگ جیت لی تو وہ کسی نیٹو ملک پر حملہ کر دے گا۔ برطانوی خبر رساں ادارے روئٹرز کے مطابق اتوار کو روس کے سرکاری ٹی وی چینل روسیا پر نشر ہونے والے انٹرویو میں ولادیمیر پوتن نے کہا کہ ’روس کو نیٹو کے فوجی اتحاد سے لڑنے میں کوئی دلچسپی نہیں۔‘ یوکرین جنگ نے ماسکو کے مغرب کے ساتھ تعلقات نہایت کشیدہ کر دیے ہیں۔ اس سے قبل ایسا بحران سنہ ١٩٦٢ میں کیوبا میزائل بحران کے دوران دیکھا گیا تھا۔

گذشتہ برس صدر بائیڈن نے تنبیہہ کی تھی کہ نیٹو اور روس کے درمیان براہ راست تصادم تیسری جنگ عظیم کی وجہ بنے گا۔ اس ماہ کے آغاز میں ریپبلکنز کو مزید فوجی امداد نہ روکنے کی درخواست میں امریکی صدر نے خبردار کیا تھا کہ اگر پوتن یوکرین پر جیت گئے تو وہ باز نہیں آئیں گے اور نیٹو ملک پر حملہ کریں گے۔ ولادیمیر پوتن نے امریکی صدر کے بیان کے حوالے سے کہا کہ ’یہ مکمل طور پر احمقانہ بات ہے اور میرا خیال ہے صدر بائیڈن یہ بات سمجھتے ہیں۔‘ ’روس کے پاس نیٹو ممالک کے ساتھ لڑنے کی کوئی جیو پولیٹکل، اقتصادی، سیاسی یا فوجی وجہ نہیں ہے اور نہ اسے دلچسپی ہے۔
