فلم ’پی کے‘ کا اصلی بھکاری جس کی 5 سیکنڈ کی ویڈیو نے زندگی بدل دی

2014 کی سب سے زیادہ کمائی کرنے والی فلم ’پی کے‘ کا ایک کردار ایسا ہے جس کے 5 سیکنڈ کے ویڈیو کلپ نے اس کی زندگی بدل دی، یہ آسام کے ایک 49 سالہ شخص منوج رائے کی کہانی ہے جو دہلی کی سڑکوں پر بھیک مانگتا تھا۔

منوج تیس سال پہلے نوکری کی تلاش میں دہلی آیا تھا لیکن جلد ہی اسے اپنی خاص طاقت کا احساس ہوا، یعنی اندھا بھکاری بننے کی اداکاری کرنا۔منوج نے ہندوستان ٹائمز کو بتایا کہ ’میں روز جنتر منتر جاتا تھا، چند ماہ قبل دو حضرات میرے پاس آئے اور پوچھا کہ کیا میں اداکاری کر سکتا ہوں؟ میں نے ان سے کہا کہ اداکاری کی وجہ سے ہی میں دو وقت کی روٹی کھا پاتا ہوں، جس پر انہوں نے مجھے ایک فون نمبر اور 20 روپے کا نوٹ دیا‘۔

آج نیوز کے مطابق منوج نے بتایا کہ ’میں اگلے ہی دن اس جگہ گیا اور اپنے آپ کو ایک فلم یونٹ کے ممبرز کے درمیان پایا۔ مجھے سات دیگر بھکاریوں کے ساتھ آڈیشن کے لیے ایک طرف لے جایا گیا، جو سب بصارت سے محروم تھے۔ میں نے فلم یا اداکاروں کی پرواہ نہیں کی، مجھے صرف اس مفت کھانے کی پرواہ تھی جو میری سلیکشن تک ایک ہفتے کے لیے دیا جانا تھا‘۔

سلیکسشن کے بعد منوج کو دہلی کے ایک فائیو اسٹار ہوٹل میں کمرہ دیا گیا تھا۔ اپنے فائیو اسٹار تجربے کے بارے میں بات کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہا کہ ’میں پانی کی کمی کی وجہ سے اکثر کچی بستیوں میں نہائے بغیر رہتا تھا لیکن ہوٹل کے سوئمنگ پول میں ٹھنڈا ہو رہا تھا، اور عامر خان اور انوشکا شرما کی طرح کندھے رگڑ رہا تھا۔

فلم کے بعد اپنے گاؤں واپسی کے بارے میں منوج نے کہا کہ ’میں فلم سے کمائی گئی رقم سے اپنے گاؤں واپس آیا۔ اب میری گاؤں کی دکان پر نوکری ہے، فیس بک اکاؤنٹ اور ایک گرل فرینڈ بھی ہے۔ لوگ اب مجھے پی کے ہنی سنگھ کہتے ہیں، یہ سب فلم کی وجہ سے ہے۔‘اب اس کی خواہش ہے کہ وہ آسامی اور بنگالی فلموں میں کام کریں۔
