قومی ٹیم کے نوجوان فاسٹ بولر نسیم شاہ کے آئندہ ماہ سے بھارت میں شروع ہونے والے ون ڈے ورلڈکپ سے باہر ہونے کا خدشہ پیدا ہو گیا۔
نسیم شاہ ایشیا کپ کے دوران بھارت کے خلاف میچ میں کندھے کی انجری کا شکار ہو گئے تھے جس کے بعد انہوں نے سری لنکا کے خلاف سپر فور مرحلے کا اہم میچ بھی نہیں کھیلا تھا۔

اس حوالے سے قومی ٹیم کے کپتان بابر اعظم نے بھی ایک بیان دیا تھا کہ امید ہے کہ نسیم شاہ ورلڈکپ تک مکمل فٹ ہو جائیں گے اور ٹیم کو جوائن کر لیں گے۔

کرکٹ کی خبروں سے متعلق ویب سائٹ کرک انفو کی رپورٹ کے مطابق نسیم شاہ کی کندھے کی انجری اس سے زیادہ سنگین ہے جیسی ابتدائی طور پر سمجھی جا رہی تھی۔
رپورٹ کے مطابق اس بات کا امکان ہے کہ کندھے کی انجری کے باعث نسیم شاہ پورے ورلڈکپ میں پاکستان کی نمائندگی نہیں کر پائیں گے۔

پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ کی جانب سے اس حوالے سے تاحال کوئی بیان سامنے نہیں آیا ہے تاہم ان کے اسکین کی رپورٹ بتا رہی ہے کہ نسیم شاہ پورا سال کرکٹ سے دور رہیں۔

کرک انفو کی رپورٹ کے مطابق انجری کے باعث نسیم شاہ ناصرف آسٹریلیا کے خلاف ٹیسٹ سیریز بلکہ پی ایس ایل کے اگلے ایڈیشن میں شمولیت پر بھی سوالیہ نشان لگ گیا ہے۔
ذرائع نسیم شاہ کے مطابق مزید اسکین کےبعد صحیح صورتحال کا اندازہ ہوگا، پی سی بی میڈیکل پینل جلد کسی دوسری جگہ اسکین ٹیسٹ کے انتظامات شروع کرےگا۔

ذرائع کا بتانا ہے کہ پی سی بی جلد نسیم شاہ سے متعلق باضابطہ اعلان کرے گا، نسیم شاہ کی رپورٹس معائنے کے لیے انگلینڈ بھجوا دی گئی ہیں، انگلینڈ میں جائزے کے بعد نسیم شاہ سے متعلق حتمی رائےقائم کی جائےگی۔
