مینسک میں پاکستانی سفارتخانے نے 29ویں بین الاقوامی خصوصی ہول سیل نمائش “پروڈ ایکسپو 2023” کے حصے کے طور پر منعقد کئے گئے فیسٹیول “دنیا کے کھانے” میں شرکت کی۔ اس فیسٹیول جس میں 200 سے زائد مہمانوں نے شرکت کی، پاکستانی کھانوں کے بھرپور اور متنوع ذائقوں سے بھرپور پاکستان کی ڈیشز پیش کی گئیں۔


اس موقع پر بیلاروس میں متعین پاکستان کے سفیر سجاد حیدر خان نے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کھانوں کی آفاقی زبان کے ذریعے ثقافتی تجربات کو بانٹنے کی اہمیت پر روشنی ڈالی۔

اس پروگرام میں دستاویزی فلموں سے تیار کردہ مواد بھی شامل تھا، جس میں مٹن بریانی کی تیاری کے ساتھ ساتھ پاکستانی کھانوں کے بارے میں اہم معلومات بھی شامل تھی جس میں پاکستان کے خصوصی اور منفرد کھانوں کی تیاری سمیت مختلف پہلوؤں کا احاطہ کیا گیا تھا۔ اس تقریب میں موجود مہمانوں کو ذائقوں کی وسیع رینج اور کھانا پکانے کی مخصوص تکنیکوں کے بارے میں جاننے کا موقع ملا جو پاکستانی کھانوں کو ان کی لذت اور مختلف قسم کی غذایت کے حوالے سے دنیا مشہور بناتی ہیں۔

اس میلے میں بیلاروس کی باصلاحیت وائلنسٹ نینا نے بھی شرکت کی، جنہوں نے پاکستانی سازوں کی دھنیں پیش کرکے سامعین کو محظوظ کیا۔

فیسٹول میں شریک مہمانوں کو پاکستانی کھانوں کے مقبول ترین پکوانوں کی نمائش کے لیے ایک دعوت دی گئی۔ جس میں خوشبودار مٹن بریانی اور چکن پلاؤ سے لے کر ذائقے دار جلیبی اور گلاب جامن تک شامل تھے۔
