واضح رہے کہ حماس نے 29 نومبر کو جاری کردہ بیان میں 2 روسی یرغمالیوں کو رہا کرنے اور ریڈ کریسنٹ کے حوالے کرنے کا اعلان کیا تھا۔ 26 نومبر کو بھی حماس نے ‘رون کریووئے’ نامی ایک روسی یرغمالی کو، اسرائیل کے ساتھ قیدیوں کے تبادلے کے سمجھوتے سے بالا رہتے ہوئے، رہا کر دیا تھا۔ حماس کے اس اقدام کوروس وزارت خارجہ کی ترجمان ماریہ زاہرووا نے نیک نیتی پر مبنی اقدام قرار دیا تھا۔
