سوچی میں منعقد ہونے والا ورلڈ یوتھ فیسٹول میں پاکستان کی جانب سے 200 سے زائد اراکین کا وفد شریکِ ہے. اس موقع پر روس میں مقیم صحافی، اور صداۓ روس کے چیف ایڈیٹر اشتیاق ہمدانی نے پاکستان فیوچر ٹیم کے چیئرمین دانیال حیات، پاکستان ٹیلی ویژن نیوز کی اینکر پرسن طیبہ نثار خان کا رشین میڈیا کے ادارے رپٹلی کے سٹوڈیو میں ایک خصوصی انٹرویو کیا.

اشتیاق ہمدانی نے پاکستان کی جانب سے شرکت کرنے والے مہمانوں کا روس کی جانب والہانہ استقبال اور روس کے شہر سوچی میں خوش آمدید کہنے پر حکومت روس کا شکریہ ادا کیا۔ اور پاکستان سے اتنی بڑی تعداد میں یوتھ کو لانے پر فیوچر ٹیم پاکستان کے کردار اور محنت پر ٹیم کا بھرپور خیر مقدم کیا.

اشتیاق ہمدانی: آپ نے روس میں یوتھ کو لانے کے لئے اتنی بڑی تعداد میں کیسے اکھٹا کیا اور روس کے ساتھ آپ کا تعاون کیسا رہا ؟

دانیال حیات: اس سوال کے جواب میں پاکستان فیوچر ٹیم کے چیئرمین دانیال حیات نے کہا ہمارا مقصد یوتھ کی ایمپرومنٹ ہے. اس مقصد کو حاصل کرنے کے لئے ہم نے 2018 میں ایک فیوچر ٹیم پاکستان کے نام سے ایک باڈی کی تشکیل دی جب ورلڈ فیسٹیول آف یوتھ اینڈ سٹوڈنٹ 2018 ہو رہا تھا وہاں پر ہمارا آغاز ہوا، اور یوں یہ سلسلہ چل پڑا او ہم نے اب تک 30 سے زائد بین الاقوامی ایونٹس جو روس میں ہوئے ان میں شرکت کی. جس میں ہم سے پاک روس حکومتوں نے مکمل تعاون کیا.

ہم سالانہ ایک ہزار ینگ لیڈرز جو مختلف شعبہ ہائے زندگی سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں ہم ان کو اینگیج کرتے ہیں. اس کا مقصد پاکستان کی یوتھ کو عالمی سطح پر ہم آہنگ کروانا ہے. پاکستانی یوتھ کو سیکھنے کاموقع ملے جیسا کہ اے آئی یعنی مصنوئی ذہانت، مشین لرننگ، کلچر کی تفریق سے سیکھیں. جیسے ہی یہ یوتھ واپس پاکستان جائے وہاں جا کے مقامی لوگوں سے اپنا تجربہ شیئر کریں اور انھیں معلومات سے مہیا کریں. یہ ہی ہمارا مقصد ہے جس کے لئے آج ہم یہاں موجود ہیں.

اشتیاق ہمدانی: آپ خود میڈیا سے تعلق رکھتی ہیں، لہٰذا یہاں جو میڈیا کے حوالے سے سرگرمیاں ہو رہی ہیں آپ ان کو کس نگاہ سے دیکھتی ہیں؟

طیبہ نثار خان : بہت ہی دلچسپ سرگرمی ہو رہی ہے کیونکہ یہاں تمام ممالک کے لوگ بشمول خواتین اور حضرات آئے ہوئے ہیں. تمام میڈیا کے افراد موجود ہیں جبکہ روس کے اپنا مقامی میڈیا بھی یہاں موجود ہے. یہ بہت ضروری ہے تاکہ لوگ دیکھیں میڈیا کی ذریعے کہاں کہاں ہم لوگ روس کی آواز بلند کر سکتے ہیں.

اس کے علاوہ پاکستان کے ساتھ روس کے تعلقات اور دیگر ممالک کے روس کے ساتھ تعلقات کس طرح استوار کر سکتے ہیں. کیونکہ آج کل کی دنیا ایک ایسی دنیا ہے جہاں گلوبل ساؤتھ کی بات ہوتی ہے. آج کل کی دنیا ارتقا سے گزررہی ہے جو یکطرفہ قوت سے کثیر قطبی دنیا کا سفر ہے. تو اس قطبی دنیا میں پاکستان نے بھی حصہ لینا ہے،

پاکستان نے اپنی آواز بلند کرنی ہے اور ترقی کی بات کرنی ہے. یوتھ ڈولپمنٹ اور ایمپرومنٹ کے لئے میڈیا کا کردار بہت اہم ہے ، چاہے وہ یہاں کا میڈیا ہو یا پاکستان کا ہم یہاں موجود ہیں اور میڈیا ہی کے زریعے ہماری آواز بلند ہو رہی ہے. میڈیا ان ایونٹ پر تمام ممالک کی یکجا کر رہا ہے اور مل کر ترقی کرنے میں اپنا کردار ادا کر رہا ہے.

اشتیاق ہمدانی: پاکستان اور روس کے درمیان میڈیا کے میدان میں ایک بہت بڑا گیپ ہے، روس پاکستان سے متعلق خبر بھارت سے لیتا ہے جبکہ پاکستان روس سے متعلق خبر مغربی میڈیا سے لیتا ہے، لہٰذا اس میڈیا گیپ کو کیسے ختم کیا جا سکتا ہے؟

طیبہ نثار خان:

میرا پاکستان کے قومی میڈیا سے تعلق ہے اور یہاں ہم روس کے سرکاری میڈیا آر ٹی میں بیٹھے ہوئے ہیں، میں تسلیم کرتی ہوں کے دونوں ممالک کے درمیان ایک خلیج موجود ہے، کیونکہ ہم مغربی میڈیا کو زیادہ دیکھتے ہیں مگر اب آہستہ آہستہ تبدیلی آ رہی ہے، عرب میڈیا، چینی میڈیا اور جاپانی میڈیا کو دیکھا جا رہا ہے. اس کے علاوہ آر ٹی کی پاکستان میں مقبولیت بڑھ رہی ہے. آر ٹی کے نمائندے اب پاکستان میں آ کر کوریج کر رہے ہیں.
ہم اب روس کے میں سرکاری میڈیا جس میں آر ٹی اور ٹاس نیوز ایجنسی شامل ہے کے ساتھ مل کر تعاون کرنا چاہتے ہیں. اس دورے میں بھی ہماری اس سلسلے میں میٹنگز ہو رہی ہیں جو کہ سودمند ثابت ہونگی.

اشتیاق ہمدانی: اپنے وفد کے یہ جو گروپس آپ نے بنائے ہوئے ہیں، ان کو کیا ٹاسک دئیے گئے ہیں؟ کون کون سی میٹنگز طے ہیں؟ کیا آپ یہاں سے سیکھ کر جانا چاہتے ہیں؟ اور کیا یہاں آپ بتا کر جانا چاہتے ہیں؟

دانیال حیات: اس ایونٹ میں پاکستان ان ممالک میں شامل ہے جس کا بڑا وفد یہاں آیا ہے اور بہت ہی منظم وفد پاکستان کا ہے. پاکستان سے 250 افراد پر مبنی وفد یہاں آیا ہے. جس میں پچاس فیصد مرد اور پچاس فیصد خواتین شامل ہیں. یہ وفد پاکستان کے تمام صوبوں پنجاب، سندھ، بلوچستان، کے پی کے اور گلگت بلتستان کی نمائندگی کر رہے ہیں. جس میں اقلیتی افراد سمیت خصوصی افراد بھی شامل ہیں. ہم نے بہت مختلف انداز میں اس وفد کا انتخاب کیا ہے. اس انتخاب کے بعد ان کو مختلف کیٹگری جس میں تعلیم، میڈیا، اور سپورٹس شامل ہیں میں تقسیم کیا ہے. جس کا مقصد اور اپنے متعلقہ فورم میں جائیں اور جا کر پاکستان کا پرچم سربلند کریں.

اشتیاق ہمدانی : کشمیر سے اس وفد میں کوئی شامل نہیں ہوا؟ نیز آپ نے کن بنیادوں پر اپنے وفد کا انتحاب کیا ہے؟

دانیال حیات: کشمیر سے بھی بڑی تعداد میں یوتھ اس وفد کا حصہ ہے. ہم کسی بھی علاقے کی آبادی کے تناسب سے اور ان کی سیٹس کے مطابق اپنے وفد کی تشکیل کرتے ہیں. جس میں پاکستان کے تمام صوبوں کو نمائندگی کا موقع فراہم کیا جاتا ہے. کشمیر کا ذکر کرنا میں بھول گیا جس کے لئے میں معذرت چاہتا ہوں. اس وفد میں تقریبا 15 افراد کا تعلق کشمیر سے ہے اور اس کے علاوہ گلگت بلتستان سے بھی نوجوان شامل کئے گئے ہیں.

اشتیاق ہمدانی: اس انتخاب کا معیار کیا رکھا ہے آپ نے؟ کیونکہ یہاں تو کوئی کسی کی سفارش کر کے شامل نہیں کروا سکتا.

دانیال حیات: روسی حکومت نے اس سلسلے میں ایک پورٹل بنایا تھا جس میں ہم مداخلت نہیں کر سکتے تھے. اس پورٹل کے مطابق ہی اس وفد کا معیار سیٹ کیا گیا. اس وفد کے انتخاب کے لئے تیس فیصد اختیار ہمارے پاس تھا جبکہ ستر فیصد اختیار روسی پورٹل کے پاس تھا اور سسٹم ہی ہمیں بتاتا تھا کے انتخاب کن بنیادوں پر کیا جائے. لہٰذ اس میں کسی کی سفارش کرنا ممکن ہی نہیں تھا.

اشتیاق ہمدانی: روس آنے سے پہلے آپ کے ذہن میں روس کی کیا تصویر تھی اور یہاں آ کر آپ نے روس کو کیسا پایا؟ خصوصی طور پر مسلمان خواتین کو مغرب میں دوہرے معیار کا نشانہ بنایا جاتا ہے مگر یہاں آکر لوگوں کو مل کر آپ کو کیسا لگا؟

طیبہ نثار خان: میں جب روس میں آئی تو مجھے لگا کے اب مجھے یہاں امیگریشن میں گھنٹوں بٹھائیں گئے جبکہ میرا محض ١٥ منٹ میں کام ہوگیا. مجھے انہوں نے بنا کسی تعصب کے خوش آمدید کہا. میرا خیال ہے اس میں بھی میڈیا کا ہی کردار ہے. ہمارے دماغ میں غلط معلومات فیڈ کی گئی ہیں، عدم معلومات ہے، غلط فہمی ہے۔ اس کا مقابلہ کرنے کے لئے ہمیں میڈیا کا سہارا لینا ہوگا اور چیزوں کو اپنی نگاہ سے دیکھنا ہوگا. ایک صحافی کے طور پر میرا ماننا ہے کہ یہ ہماری ذمہ داری ہے ہم چیزوں کو خود سے جانیں اور دیگر لوگوں تک پہنچائیں. اس میں دانیال حیات کا بہت بڑا کردار ہے، کس طرح ہم صحافیوں کو اور دیگر افراد کو آگے لے کر آ رہے ہیں، تاکہ ہم یہ پیغام دیں کہ ہر ملک کی ایک اپنی قوت الگ ہے، ہر ملک کی اچھائیاں الگ الگ ہیں، اس کے بارے مثبت معلومات کو جانیں اور غلط فہمی کو نظرانداز کریں. اپنی نگاہ سے دیکھیں اور تجربہ کریں پھر آپ کو معلوم ہوگا کہ کو یہ ملک کیسا ہے؟ مجھے تو روس بہت اچھا لگا. روسی بہت اچھے انداز میں ملتے ہیں ملنسار ہیں، مجھے بہت تحائف ملے ہیں. اس سے انداز ہوگا ہماری کتنی اچھی دوستی ہے.
