روس اور قزاقستان میں بدترین سیلاب کی تباہ کاریاں جاری

وسطی روس کے رجن اورینبرگ میں حکام نے بڑے پیمانے پر انخلاء کا حکم دیا کیونکہ گزشتہ ہفتے دریائے یورال کو روکنے کے بعد سیلابی پانی میں مسلسل اضافہ ہو رہا تھا۔ اورینبرگ کے میئر سرگئی سالمن کے مطابق گزشتہ دس گھنٹوں کے دوران دریا کے پانی کی سطح میں 40 سینٹی میٹر کا اضافہ ہوا ہے اور یہ 11 میٹر کے نشان کو عبور کر گیا ہے۔ یاد رہے روس اور قازقستان میں دریاؤں میں پانی کی سطح بلند ہونے سے گزشتہ ایک صدی کے بدترین سیلاب کا سامنا ہے۔

خبر ایجنسی کے مطابق روس کے اورل ریجن اور شمالی قازقستان میں سیلاب کے باعث سب سے بدترین صورتِ حال ہے۔ بدترین سیلاب کے باعث روس کے اورل ماؤنٹین، سائبیریا اور قازقستان میں 1 لاکھ 20 ہزار افراد انخلاء پر مجبور ہو گئے ہیں۔ اطلاعات کے مطابق قازقستان کے 8 صوبوں میں ہنگامی صورتِ حال کا نفاذ برقرار ہے۔ واضح رہے کہ تیزی سے پگھلنے والی برف کے باعث متعدد دریاؤں میں پانی کی سطح بلند ہوئی ہے۔ اورینبرگ حکام کے ابتدائی تخمینوں کے مطابق، سیلاب سے خطے کو ہونے والا نقصان 40 بلین روبل ہو سکتا ہے۔
